Our Reception
The reception is the central point of contact in our practice. Here, you and your pet will be greeted warmly and welcomed. Our team handles appointment scheduling, answers your questions, and ensures a smooth process for your visit. We value a pleasant atmosphere so that you feel well taken care of from the very beginning.
Our Waiting Room
In our waiting room, you and your pet can arrive in peace. The room is bright, friendly, and offers enough space to spend the short time until your appointment comfortably. We want both pets and owners to feel at ease before treatment begins.
Your Pet in Caring Hands
We care for your pet with great dedication and experience. Every examination and treatment is carefully and individually tailored to your beloved companion’s needs. We place great importance on ensuring your pet feels comfortable and that you feel well advised and supported – from preventive care and vaccinations to acute treatments.
Our Laboratory
Numerous examinations can be performed directly in our in-house laboratory. This allows us to obtain fast and reliable results, enabling timely diagnosis and targeted treatment. Your pet benefits from short waiting times for lab results, and we can react flexibly to individual findings. This ensures efficient, precise, and comprehensive medical care.
Dental Station
At our dental station, we take care of your pet’s dental health. From preventive check-ups and tartar removal to more complex treatments – we offer modern, gentle procedures to keep your pet’s teeth healthy. With the help of dental X-rays, we can take precise images of teeth and jaws to detect hidden problems that are not visible to the naked eye. Good dental care is important for your pet’s overall well-being and quality of life.
In-house Pharmacy
In our well-stocked in-house pharmacy, we keep important medications and necessary products directly on site. This allows us to react quickly in case of need and provide your pet with the appropriate treatment immediately. This ensures efficient and timely care. If required, medications can be ordered and will be ready for collection on the next business day.
Since we work by appointment, waiting times are usually very short. You can make yourself comfortable in the waiting area until you are led into one of the two treatment rooms.
In addition to the two treatment rooms, there is an in-house laboratory and X-ray facility, as well as a preparation area with dental surgery and a dedicated operating room.
